Shipping

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that tracking information may take approximately 1–3 business days after shipment to become active in the carrier’s system.

Some orders or destinations may require additional age verification or adult signature upon delivery. Where such requirements apply, the carrier may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be returned, destroyed, or otherwise handled in accordance with carrier rules and applicable law. Any resulting costs may be your responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, refusal, inability to complete age verification, or failure to claim the shipment, you may be responsible for any related return, reshipment, handling, or carrier charges.

Returns

Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns after shipment unless there is a problem with the order.

If there is an issue with your order, such as damage, defect, incorrect goods, or a material mismatch between what was ordered and what was delivered, you may contact our customer service team for assistance.

You should inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you believe there is a defect or issue, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We may request photographs, packaging details, or other supporting evidence in order to review the claim.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, price adjustment, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

Risk of Loss and Shipping Issues

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, legal restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is another shipment-related issue, please contact our customer support team and we will review the matter with you.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, we are generally unable to modify the shipping address, recipient details, product selection, or cancel the order.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in law, government action, strikes, transportation disruptions, carrier interruptions, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or other extraordinary events.

If such an event continues for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders or suspend performance as reasonably necessary.

Product Reviews

If you submit a review, rating, comment, or other user-generated content on the Website, you grant Swiftsnus a non-exclusive right to use, display, reproduce, and publish that content in connection with our business and marketing.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove, reject, edit, or moderate submitted content at our discretion.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. We do not guarantee that all Website content, products, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

2. We do not guarantee that all deliveries will arrive within estimated timeframes.

3. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by carriers, weather, customs, legal restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.

4. Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, import, possession, and use of products ordered from the Website.

5. We do not guarantee that any shipment will pass through customs or other regulatory review without inspection, delay, duties, taxes, seizure, return, or additional charges.
